As the plan sponsor, you’ll establish and maintain the retirement plan, act as decision maker, and assume overall responsibility for the plan.
Your Advisor or TPA
Your financial advisor and/or external third-party administrator (TPA) or Ascensus, as applicable, will answer questions, address concerns, and provide information about investment options. They may also help communicate to your participants.
