Sign Plan Documents Online with Sertifi

An easy, convenient plan document experience

Sertifi enables you to review and sign all your plan documents online. You can access and print them anytime.

Accessing and signing your documents

You will receive an email from Document Delivery (Sertifi) that includes a link to access, review, and sign your documents.

  1. In the email, click the "Click here to review" button, which will take you to the Sertifi site.
  2. Enter your six-digit client ID number when prompted to enter a password.
  3. Once logged in, you'll see a list of documents on the right hand side of the screen; at the bottom of the list, click the "Review and Sign" button to continue.
  4. Enter your password to access the documents.
  5. A document will open and a bar at the top of your screen will indicate how many signatures are required; click the "Get Started" button.
  6. After each signature you enter, the status will change to "Next" until you have entered all required signatures.
  7. When all signatures have been entered, the "Next" button will change to "Finish & Submit Electronically"; click the button to complete the process.

Repeat this process for all remaining documents. After the documents are signed, all parties will receive notification of completion and the ability to download the final executed copies for their records. This includes the plan administrator, third-party administrator, financial advisor, and trustee(s), as applicable.

To ensure you receive the emails from Sertifi, please confirm that the following IP addresses and domains are allowed by your organization's security tools.

  • IP addresses: 204.93.207.42 and 107.21.57.45
  • Domain: sertifi.net
