Register your account

You'll receive an email from employerweb@ascensus.com with the subject line "Activate your retirement plan website account." In it, you'll find a link to activate your account. Please register your account within 48 hours of receiving the link, otherwise, the link will expire. If you are unable to register before the link expires, please notify your installation contact.

When registering your account, you will:

Create a username. We've pre-filled a suggested username, but you can customize this field.
Create a password. Your password must include three of the following criteria: uppercase letter, lowercase letter, special character, and number.
Enter plan contact information
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
Set your security questions. These will be used to verify your identity if you forget your password.

Once you have completed the registration process, you can access the login page of your plan website. The first time you log in, we’ll guide you through setting up multi-factor authentication on your account for added security.
